ONLINE ORDERS:​

• Will I receive a confirmation after I place my order? 

  • Yes, you will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. 

 

• If there is a problem with my order, what do I do?

  • You should contact us immediately by e-mail. We want to help you resolve any concerns or problems as quickly and effectively as possible.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  • Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order. All prices are in U.S dollars. Shipping costs will vary based on the method available for shipping in your area. Free Shipping is available for orders over $50 US Dollars unless noted otherwise during special offers and promotions.

• Returns:

  • Items will ship within 5 to 7 business days. Hello Gorgeous Beauty Brunch is NOT responsible for stolen items left in/on doorsteps, places of business or mailboxes.

  • If postage delivery is confirmed from USPO, UPS or FedEx refunds will NOT be issued.

  • Items that have been used or worn can not be returned.

  • Items gently worn or not returned within 14 days are not eligible for a refund; Exchange only.

Do I need to fill out an application online?
Yes. Applications are available only online.

If I was a vendor at Hello Gorgeous Beauty Brunch last year or in the past do I need to submit an application?
Yes. Everyone must reapply each year.

If I submit my register early, will I have a better chance of being accepted as a vendor?
Not necessarily. It is not first-come, first-serve for submitting applications. All applications will be considered using the selection criteria.

I have submitted my application, now what do I do?
You will receive a confirmation immediately which is proof of application submission and that your application has been entered into our system. Your payment confirmation also serves as a receipt of the date and time your application was submitted. Please print this confirmation for your records.

Is the registration fee refundable?
Yes. The registration fee is refundable when a request is made 30 days before the event.
